Elicia is a highly experienced project manager, with a career specialising in regulatory services. Following completion of her degree in Environmental Science at Leeds University, Elicia joined Harlan Laboratories, working with client businesses of various sizes as part of project management department, of which she was the Head at Derby and Switzerland. In 2013 she joined CEHTRA, where she project managed their UK services. Elicia is skilled in strategic planning and communications both within the business and with clients.  Elicia is now a member of the expert team at Arrow Regulatory Limited.
